Shipping Information

 

Postage Fees & Charges for Malaysia.

 

IM charges only RM8 per purchase for a single consignee for Peninsular Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). A total of RM250 and above in a single purchase entitles you to a complimentary FREE PosLaju delivery for Malaysia only.



 

International Shipping

 

Currently, we only provide international shipping to Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia. The charge and weight will be calculated when you checkout.



 

Delivery Time

 

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that IM does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.

 

Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

 

Please allow three (3) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for delivery from date of delivery day.

 

Icon Msia aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days.

 

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

During Promotion Periods

 

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

 

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid.

 

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Icon Msia will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

 

The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

 

There is no re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to Icon Msia Warehouse in Malaysia.
